Moon: You’re daydreaming.
Ryan: I am?
Moon: You’re night dreaming.
Ryan: What?
Moon: You’re wandering, one eye on where you’re heading and one eye on where you’ve been.
Ryan: Crosseyed? Moon: You’re looking up at me, in the aubergine sky, considering time and its slow, ever-present action; a thought even I, who have witnessed all history, cannot grasp. You’re looking up at me, a symbol of unquestioned reliability, although, like you, I am in constant transition. You’re looking up at me, and I am you.
Ryan: Wow!
Moon: WHY DO YOU DELIGHT IN THESE PURSUITS OF THE UNKNOWABLE?
