A divided composition with ornate burgundy and gold decorative borders framing two columns of text against a cream background. The left panel lists "Iraq," "Taliban," "Osama Bin Laden," "Terrorism," and "Evil Doers" in various colors. The right panel lists "Enron," "Worldcom," "Arthur Andersen," "Accounting," and "Wrongdoers" in contrasting hues. The symmetrical layout and decorative framing style evoke classical or ceremonial design, creating an ironic visual parallel between the two lists.
