Beginning in 2012, Mike Sinclair photographed two Kansas City boulevards linked by landscape and history. Their broad medians, mature trees, and prominent churches offer visual parallels, while their histories reveal different expressions of civic identity. Bringing together 41 photographs, The Paseo and Ward Parkway considers both the similarities and the tensions between these streets. The self-published book appeared in August 2022 as a signed softcover edition of 20.
